One unit, one number
One credit is one standard question. Everything else is priced against that, so there is only one number to keep track of. Credits are metered against real compute rather than against how large we guess your budget is. Annual billing takes two months off.
Why per question?
Traditional panels charge per respondent and take weeks. Enterprise synthetic audience platforms sell annual contracts. We charge for the thing you actually use, which is an answer.
The ones people ask first.
Why credits and not unlimited everything?
Because a question costs us real model tokens, and a pricing page that pretends otherwise ends up with fair use rules nobody can find. The credit is visible so the cost of a big study is predictable before you run it.
What is fair use on Pro?
A soft cap at three times your included credits per month on public audiences. Above that we email you, we do not switch you off mid study.
Is there a pure usage plan with no seats?
We will offer credit packs with no seat fee for usage heavy accounts and agencies. Ask if that shape suits you better and we will prioritise it.
Can I try it before any of this is settled?
Yes. That is what early access is. Request access and tell us what you want to ask an audience.
